Management buy out of Capitec allows Capitec Limited to become a fully independent FM Consultancy.

Capitec brand acquired by Inventures limited.
Inventures is subject to a managed closure – Inventures Limited is formed by management buy out.
Capitec re-branded as Inventures as a new public-private vehicle (that operates as the trading arm of DoH NHS Estates).
The original Capitec business grows and comes aligned with NHS Estates supporting roles.
