Our Background

Capitec was launched in 2007 to provide much needed support to NHS Acute Trusts managing their large, technically complex estates. The services we offer have developed over the years to include PFI funded schemes, NHS Lift, Mental Health Care, Education and Central Government.

A common theme with all types of healthcare estate is the need to achieve risk mitigation through statutory and mandatory compliance and value for money.
